Centrifugal pumps are divided into two main components, namely the impeller and volute. The is a rotating pump component, while volute stationary component. current problem in industrial world that capacity operates not accordance with written so does work optimally. In addition, structural analysis of minimally carried out damage to often occurs. To overcome this, it necessary analyze performance structure centrifugal design using computational fluid dynamics static methods on variations number blades & rotation speed. results CFD obtained validated existing product specifications studies have been out. maximum value resulting von-mises stress 20,238 Mpa, strain 0.00010133, total deformation 0.051984 mm. three values ​​occur variation 7 blade rotational speed 1800 rpm.
